1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND LIGHTNING ADS

Welcome to Lightning Ads ("Lightning Ads," "we," "our," or "us"). The Lightning Ads website (lightningads.com) and associated services (collectively, the "Services") are provided to you under the following terms, conditions, and notices (the "Terms").   • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Lightning Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our Services are not intended for users under 16 (EEA/UK) or 13 (U.S.). If we discover underage usage, we will terminate the account.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time unless bound by a promotional contract.
  • Refund Policy:
    1. Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.
    2. Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase.
    3. Promotional offers may have separate refund conditions.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATIONS

  • Lightning Ads may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites.
  • If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), you authorize data sharing per their policies.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 License Grant

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lightning Ads for lawful business purposes.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Upload malicious software, spam, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Lightning Ads.

8.3 Ownership Rights

All content, trademarks, and software on Lightning Ads are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., ad creatives).
  • By uploading, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for service operations.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Lightning Ads against any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services.
  • Violation of third-party rights.
  • Breach of these Terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law.
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Warranty: Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties (express/implied).
  • Damages Cap: Lightning Ads' liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
  • Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Non-payment.
  • Legal or security risks.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
